The Murder Notebook by Jonathan Santlofer
Nate Rodriguez is a phantom image of artist's reputation, one is the best. Not only was he an uncanny ability to draw images from an eyewitness account, not amounting to a whole lot, but he is almost psychic when it comes to it.
Several killings occurred in New York, the seemingly unrelated. Because of the special abilities Nate, he is placed in the Task Force's investigation into these crimes.
It does not take very long to Natebelieve that these murders are connected. Then strange things begin to pass, because they present several places. These offices are the murderers!
Now Nate's biggest challenge attempts to the NYPD that there is something more than convincing at first glance.
The Murder Notebook contains many sketches by the author himself created. The sketches add a great deal of detail the author used captivate the reader. This novel is fast moving and loaded with tension. What reallymakes this book interesting is the way the author has combined his two talents - art and writing. Nate Rodriguez, the reader will be able to admire for his ability to create the face of a person of very few new details and then take to the next level by assembling the whole puzzle. The book has an interesting subplot with the death of his father Nate, a policeman who killed at work. Nate does not come with the death. Be sure to add the murder notebook to your readingList. If you are a reader of history, a tension that will sit here and try to analyze the results have to be happy, The Murder Notebook is the novel for you. I highly recommend it.
